《恶女》是一部惊悚片，剧情是讲邵雨薇扮演的强势女主播，发现自己单身很久的父亲（李天柱饰），和一个会做饭又会做保健的神秘中年女子（林美秀饰）以结婚为前提交往。她再往下追踪，竟然发现这位女子之前有好多位未婚夫都自杀身亡，在死前都把财产留给了她。而女主播在调查这件事的时候，也和律师（凤小岳饰）和情人（曾少宗饰）纠缠不清……

However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
