彭律师(关朝聪)受聘于一黑社会头子，负责替他进行强逼收回一幢旧楼重建。这大厦每个单位都住着不同阶层的住客，而彭用尽方法亦无法成事，报告后更被那黑社会头子痛骂。痛定思痛，于是彭找地痞阿粗(黄子华)，用二十万的价钱托他收楼。阿粗不择手段地收楼，包括：截电、扮鬼、扮飞虎队等手法。后来他才发现他父母原来亦住在该大厦，弄至笑料百出，而收楼任务?
