讲述了来港定居已半年的郑杰，是个舞蹈天才，曾在北京国家舞蹈学院接受了八年训练，更获全国最优秀舞蹈员的荣誉，可惜女朋友在一次车祸丧生后，影响了杰情绪，他在一次演出高难度动作时，不慎失手受伤。悉心料理下，他的脚伤早已痊愈，只是心里仍有阴影，才重新练习舞蹈。MAGGIE每天只顾着帮杰练舞，却忘了去排练自己主演的舞蹈表演，也忽略了排舞师男朋友BEN，以致濒临分手边缘。杰在这段练舞的日子里，对MAGGIE产生了爱意。后来MAGGIE与BEN和好如初，令到刚回复自信的杰再次失去斗志，幸好，杰最后被BEN点醒，更答应加入他们的舞蹈团，并与MAGGIE合演一场出色的舞蹈表现。杰的天份没有被埋没，他打算到美国实现自己的理想，他，是属于舞台的。
